Getting Started

Find the lot you love.

Buy your plan from us.

Get lot cleared. 

Pin the house corners.

Dig the footings.

Pour the footings

Don't forget permits & inspections!

Let the concrete cure.

Repin corners and set poles.

Recheck corners. 

 Laying foundation block.

 Laying foundation brick.

 Finished foundation with piers.

Get the foundation waterproofed.

Start placing main girders.

 Girders in place, start floor joists.

  All joists in place, deck framed.  

  Cover the deck with sheathing.

    Start framing the walls. 

First level walls framed up. 

 Sheath walls and set ceiling joists.

Start framing 2nd level.  

Roof framing, setting ridges.

 Filling in with rafters.

Roof sheathed.  

Sheathing covered w/black paper.

Shingles going on roof.

Copper valley adds to the look. 

Time for windows and doors.

Getting started on the veneer.

Brick detail adds value

Aluminum clad frieze and facia.

Pour your drive and walks.

Landscape the yard.

Next, it's time to look at the inside.

Lets take a peek inside.

At this point the house is dried in.

So lets get started.

Mechanical rough-in.

Electrical rough-in.

Plumbing rough-in.

Tubs and showers set.

Fireplace insert installed.

Hardwood installed.

Insulation overhead.

Insulation under.

Insulation exterior walls.

Hang drywall.

Start hanging cabinets.

Start putting on the trim.

Lets get a coat of primer.

Now do some trim detail.

Start setting the tile. 

Paint the trim work.

Paint the walls.

Paint the ceiling.

Wall & base cabinets set.

Set counter tops.

Electrical finish & fixtures. 

Plumbing finish w/fixtures.

 Shower enclosure & bath hdwr.

 Heat and Air finish.  Units set.

 Fireplace w/stone detailing.

 Fireplace w/wood detailing.

Set appliances. 

 Finish the Hardwood.

 Install pad and carpet.

Get "Certificate of Occupancy".

 Do a final walk through.

Make a punch list of problems to fix.

Once done-your ready to move in.
